Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how V PATHing Enterprise LLC (“VPathing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites, products, and services, including purchases and payments and the V Path Call Assistant AI call-screening service and its SMS notifications. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the mobile or forwarding phone number you register to receive notifications.
- Call information processed by the V Path Call Assistant service on your behalf, such as the caller’s phone number, call recordings and voicemails, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries of calls placed to your assistant line.
- Technical and usage data, such as log data and basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
- Device information from the V Path Call Assistant app. After you sign in, the app sends us a push notification token for your device, and whether it runs Android or iOS, so we can send you notifications about your calls. We use the token only to send those notifications, which are delivered through Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging service on Android and Apple’s Push Notification service on iPhone. On Android, Firebase also assigns each installation of the app an identifier that it uses to deliver them.
- Payment information when you purchase a product or subscription. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your name, email, billing country, and the last four digits and card type) to confirm and manage your purchase, but we do not collect or store your full card number on our own servers.
Contacts and call history on your device
On Android, you can make the V Path Call Assistant app your default phone app. If you do, and you grant the permissions it asks for, the app reads the contacts and call history stored on your device to show caller names, your contacts list, and your recent calls, and it adds or deletes contacts when you ask it to. As your phone app, it also places, answers, and manages your calls.
This information is used only on your device. The app does not send your contacts or call history to our servers, and we do not share them with anyone. You can revoke these permissions, or choose a different default phone app, at any time in your device settings.
How we use information
We use the information solely to provide and operate the service: to screen and route your incoming calls, transcribe and summarize calls and voicemails, and send you notifications (including SMS text messages) about activity on your assistant line. We also use it to maintain security, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send you SMS notifications summarizing calls and voicemails handled by your assistant line. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your call activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers who help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our telecommunications provider), and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that process data on our behalf strictly to deliver the service — for example, Twilio (telephony and SMS delivery), our AI provider used to generate call summaries, and Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple’s Push Notification service (push notification delivery) — under agreements that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and services.
Payments
When you make a purchase, payment is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy. We use the billing information Stripe shares with us only to process your order, provide receipts and support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. When you delete your V Path Call Assistant account, it is deleted within 72 hours of the deletion starting (at once, or at the end of your paid period if you chose that in the app); Delete your account lists what is deleted and what is kept. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can stop SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us using the details below.
To delete your V Path Call Assistant account and its data, delete it in the iPhone app: Settings → Delete account. Or request it by email, as described on Delete your account.
