Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, products, and services provided by V PATHing Enterprise LLC (“VPathing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including custom software and professional services, our hosted applications, and the V Path Call Assistant AI call-screening service and its SMS notification program. By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products and services, including V Path Call Assistant.

Products and services

We provide custom software development and professional services (such as web development, automation, integrations, dashboards, and MVP builds) as well as hosted software applications offered on a one-time or subscription basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any paid engagement are set out in the applicable quote, order summary, or checkout page you agree to before payment.

Pricing, payments, and billing

• Currency and pricing. Unless stated otherwise, all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price applicable to your purchase is the one shown in your quote, order summary, or checkout total at the time of purchase. See our Pricing & Billing page for details.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
• Subscriptions. Subscription plans renew automatically at the then-current price for the applicable interval until canceled. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout where required.
• Failed or late payments. If a payment fails or a subscription payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate access to the paid service until the amount owed is paid.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel subscriptions at any time, and refunds are available as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy for eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a refund or cancellation.

You can delete your V Path Call Assistant account at any time, in the iPhone app (Settings → Delete account) or by email as described on Delete your account. With a paid subscription you can delete it now, which cancels the subscription immediately, or, in the app, at the end of your paid period, which keeps the service until then and stops it renewing. Either way you are not charged again. When the account is deleted, its assistant phone numbers are released, which can’t be recovered, or ported to another provider, afterwards. Your data is then handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

V Path Call Assistant SMS notification program

Program name: V Path Call Assistant Notifications.

Program description: Our AI call-assistant screens incoming phone calls and takes voicemails on your behalf. After a call is screened or a voicemail is recorded, we send an SMS text message to the mobile number you registered, summarizing who called and why. Messages are sent only to the account owner’s own registered mobile number.

How to opt in: You opt in by entering and saving your own mobile number as the notification number inside the V Path Call Assistant application during account setup. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to activity on your assistant line.

Message frequency: Recurring; frequency varies based on your call activity. You typically receive one message each time your assistant line screens a call or records a voicemail.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. VPathing does not charge a fee for the notifications, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and coverage.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for the mobile number you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for keeping your account and notification number accurate and up to date, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information, including SMS opt-in data.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Call screening, transcription, and AI-generated summaries may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a complete or accurate record. To the fullest extent permitted by law, V PATHing Enterprise LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
